To make the most of our time together, I’ll give you some prep work (including keeping a 7 day food and lifestyle diary) to do ahead of our meeting, so I can gain a clear idea of your habits, challenges and health goals.
When we meet, I’ll analyse your diet and lifestyle to help you discover why you’re not getting the inner and outer body results you want. Together we’ll take a close look at your diet and lifestyle to uncover the daily habits you think are healthy but are really keeping you stuck.
Finally you’ll leave with 5 changes you can make to your diet and lifestyle today, to create a significant improvement in your health and move you closer to your goals.
